Online Team Training

N1 Motion and SDP are excited to be partnering up to deliver an online team training program for SDP athletes. This is a great way to equip your athlete(s) with the tools they need to develop their strength, power, speed, agility, mobility, conditioning, and injury prevention. Players will have access to our science based hockey specific strength and conditioning protocol developed to progressively enhance their athleticism throughout the summer to take their game to the next level.

 

Our online SDP training program will be delivered through the N1 Motion app and Zoom, where each athletes will access their training plan. Outside of the strength and conditioning protocol, athletes will also access our dynamic warm up to prevent injuries before workouts, practice, or games. They will also access our recovery protocol to speed up the recovery process day to day and week to week. Other resources like nutrition guides and insightful information to help athletes of all ages maximize their potential will be at their disposal as well. Data tracking and in app messaging allows our team to communicate with parents and athletes to hold them accountable and keep them on track. With our online SDP training team program, athletes have a platform to access our handcrafted science backed training plans and connect with our expert coaches that will empower them to be at their best when it matters most!

Speed Development: Our training will increase the speed and reaction time of that crucial first step along with key acceleration mechanics

Change of Direction: Our agility training teaches the optimal technique for efficient movement in multiple directions, including a quick reduction in speed and re-acceleration.

Strength & Power: Our strength and power program is based on body weight and free weight movements that mimic positions and actions used in competition.

Core Strength: At the conclusion of each session we use exercises that specifically target the muscles of the torso in order to challenge the strength and stability of the core.
