Our 8 Week At-Home Performance Program is great for athletes who have limited to no equipment to use. We understand that not everyone has access to a gym or fitness equipment so we put together this 8 Week At-Home Performance Program so athletes with limited access still have the oppertunity to optimize performance and maximize their athleticism to play at the highest level possible. This comprehensive program includes a dynamic warm up, speed/agility, core development, plyometrics, strength/power training, conditioning, and injury prevention. Each training phase is 2-4 weeks long and gradually increases in intensity so athletes keep improving their athletic performance. Enhance speed and agility by fine tuning mechanics, force application, and change of dirction.
